Consultation Process:

All services require a consultation.  The consultation fee is non-negotiable and is non-refundable, even if you cancel.  All services are listed on the Fees page which is located in the "ABOUT" section of the website.  Once we mutually agree that we have the ability to work collaboratively, a contract and/or invoice will be sent via e-mail.  No services will be rendered until initial payment has been received.  

Appointments:

• A 24-hour notice is required if canceling or rescheduling a consultation.

• A $50.00 fee will be assessed for appointments that are not cancelled within the required cancellation notice period.

• All no calls/no shows will forfeit all deposits made.

Payment:

• Full payment is required prior to the start of service of any offering.

• Payment arrangements will be considered if agreed upon at the time of contract initiation.

Refunds/Cancellations:

• Clients have the right to cancel services if the request is made in writing within 3 days of service. Once the time frame exceeds 3 days, Virtuous Consulting Services, LLC will consider you satisfied with the terms of agreement and will not refund any portion of the fee.
