WHO WE ARE
Loretha J. McCullough is a former Global Human Resources Executive and Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Virtuous Consulting Services, LLC™, a certified Minority Women Business Enterprise in New York State and Monroe County, New York. With more than 30 years of corporate experience, she is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Senior Professional Human Resources, Credit Consultant, Coach and Loan Signing Agent.
Loretha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Criminal Justice and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a graduate of the 2005 Leadership Rochester Program and in 2006, she was recognized as one of Rochester’s Emerging African American Leaders. In 2022, she completed the Bank of America at Cornell’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate Program.
Loretha currently serves as a member of RIT’s Women of Color, Honor and Ambition (WOCHA) program, Employer Advisory Board for Career Services and Cooperative Education and Alumni Association Board of Directors. She also serves on the HR Committee for Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts. She is a Pillar for the City of Rochester’s Pillars of Hope Program and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated®.
Loretha is a Rochester, NY native and in her spare time enjoys reading, cooking, working out, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
